The estimated shipping times for different regions are as follows:

• United States, Canada, Europe & Australia: Approximately 7–14 days
• Asia: Approximately 7 days
• Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina & Colombia: Approximately 20–30 days

3. Shipping Carrier Requests

If you specifically require your order to be delivered by a particular local shipping carrier or courier company, please indicate your preferred carrier in the order notes when placing your order, or contact us before placing your order to confirm whether this request can be accommodated.

Please note that we may not always be able to fulfill requests for a specific local carrier. If fulfilling such a request requires additional shipping costs, additional shipping fees may apply, and we will inform you of the applicable cost before proceeding.

4. Delivery Assistance

When your package reaches the destination country and is handed over to a local delivery carrier, please cooperate with the local carrier to facilitate successful delivery.

This may include:

• Providing a valid and deliverable shipping address.
• Providing additional delivery instructions when necessary.
• Responding to calls, messages, or delivery notifications from the local carrier.
• Providing a suitable alternative delivery address if the original address cannot receive the package.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient being unavailable, failure to respond to the local carrier, or other circumstances where the recipient does not cooperate with the delivery process.

5. Customs & Import Duties

In principle, customs duties and import taxes are included in the shipping cost or order price for our orders, and customers generally do not need to pay additional customs duties upon delivery.

However, customs and tax requirements may vary depending on the destination country or region. If additional customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees are required for your order, we will inform you of the applicable charges during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Any customs duties or import-related charges that are clearly stated at checkout will be the responsibility of the customer.
